<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine carbon fiber-containing aqueous polyurethane resin solution that has high film forming properties and high adhesion for various kinds of base materials and has a viscosity of 500 mPa s or less and to provide a conductive film that is produced by using the fine fiber-containing aqueous polyurethane resin solution and has high conductivity.SOLUTION: In an aqueous urethane resin solution of a fine carbon fiber which contains sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and an aqueous polyurethane resin, the fine carbon fiber-containing aqueous polyurethane resin solution contains the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in a solid content mass ratio of 0.05-0.20 based on the fine carbon fiber and contains the fine carbon fiber in an amount of 0.1-10 mass% based on the total thereof. A fine carbon fiber-containing conductive film is produced by applying the fine carbon fiber-containing aqueous polyurethane resin solution to a base material.</p> |
