A pixel structure, comprising a plurality of sub-pixel units (2, 4, 6, 7), a plurality of data lines (22, 42, 62, 72) respectively providing data signals for the sub-pixel units (2, 4, 6, 7) and a black matrix (8) arranged corresponding to the data lines (22, 42, 62, 72) and the sub-pixel units (2, 4, 6, 7); the plurality of sub-pixel units (2, 4, 6, 7) are arranged in an array, and two adjacent columns of sub-pixel units (2, 4, 6, 7) are defined in order as a pair of sub-pixel unit columns (20); each pair of sub-pixel unit columns (20) are in mirror symmetry; the data lines (22, 42, 62, 72) are respectively arranged between each pair of sub-pixel unit columns (20); and the black matrix (8) comprises a first portion (82) located above the data lines (22, 42, 62, 72), a second portion (84) located between two adjacent first portions (82) and a third portion (86) vertically connected to two ends of the first portion (82) and the second portion (84), wherein the width of the first portion (82) is greater than the width of the second portion (84).
