The present invention relates to a glue coating device, and more specifically, to an automatic glue rolling device for a motor rotor. The automatic glue rolling device for a motor rotor comprises a bracket bottom plate, a glue tank, a suction rolling roller, and an AC reduced motor. The glue tank is installed on the bracket bottom plate. The suction rolling roller is installed above a front surface of the glue tank. A circumferential surface of the suction rolling roller and a liquid surface of the glue tank match and contact each other. A rotor is mounted above a front surface of the suction rolling roller. The circumferential surface of the suction rolling roller and a circumferential surface of the rotor match each other while rolling. A glass fiber fabric part is installed above the rotor. Glass fiber fabric is wound on the glass fiber fabric part. The glass fiber fabric part is fixed on a glass fiber fabric fixing unit by a glass fiber fabric mandrel. According to the present invention, since the suction rolling roller is used to coat the rotor with glue, an amount of glue on a surface of the rotor can be automatically compressed to guarantee uniformity of a surface of the glass fiber fabric. The glass fiber fabric part is directly mounted above the rotor to form a set in the entire device to wind the glass fiber fabric immediately after glue coating. |
