<p>A first data usage management system connected to a computing system checks the first USIM information of a subscriber before USIM included in a USIM change information alarm message received from the computing system is changed, to manage the data usage for the subscriber to change the USIM. A USIM check request message is transmitted to another data usage management system connected to the first data usage management system by an interface. The data usage information about the first USIM information is received from a second data usage management system which stores the first USIM information. Second USIM information except the data usage information is received from the computing system. Thereby, the information of the second USIM information is updated.</p> |
