The present invention relates to a hot rolled steel sheet having no strength reduction after pipe forming and a method for manufacturing the same which is not required to do additional effort such as an unnecessary component of an alloy or process control when the steel sheet is manufactured since strength is not significantly reduced after forming a pipe. According to the present invention, the hot rolled steel sheet comprises 0.02-0.05 wt% of C, 0.05-0.3 wt% of Si, 0.5-1.4 wt% of Mn, 0.015 wt% or less of P (except 0), 0.002 wt% or less of S (except 0), 0.02-0.05 wt% of Al, 0.02-0.07 wt% of Nb, 0.005-0.02 wt% of Ti, 0.01-0.3 wt% of Cr, 0.05-0.3 wt% of Mo, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities. |
