PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmission terminal that can be easily and safely used even by a user who does not have high IT literacy.SOLUTION: An administrator terminal (21) transmits a terminal number to a service server (11); and, if the service server determines that the administrator terminal is a terminal registered in a specific group and transmits a message input screen to the administrator terminal, receives input of a message from a user on the message input screen and transmits the received message to the service server. |
