PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set that has good color reproducibility, good discharge stability, and good recovery property from clogging, and particularly achieves good color developability on a plain paper in high-speed printing and color developability on an exclusive paper, suppresses cockling and curling, and can give an image with improved fixability on a plain paper and scratch resistance on an exclusive paper.SOLUTION: The ink set includes at least a cyan ink composition, a magenta ink composition, and a yellow ink composition. The yellow ink composition comprises a pigment coated with a water-insoluble polymer; an ink composition other than the yellow ink composition comprises a self-dispersion type pigment; and all of the ink compositions comprise a resin emulsion. The ink set is used for an inkjet recording method. |
