PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound that exhibits μ-opioid receptor antagonism, that has few side-effect, and that is useful in the prevention and treatment of pruritus; and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing said compound.SOLUTION: Provided are: 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane derivative represented by the formula (I); and a pharmaceutical composition containing said derivative.
