PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively grasp the ink use state of each user without repairing a current facility.SOLUTION: An ink use state monitoring system 100 for monitoring the use state of ink to be used by a user includes: a management server 11 which is managed by the supplier of ink; and an intermediate server 40 which is managed by the user of ink. The intermediate server 40 is directly or indirectly connected to a printer 300 having an ink tank 32, an RFID tag 33 mounted on the ink tank 32, a gravimeter 34 and an IC reader 35. The intermediate server 40 acquires ID information specified by the IC reader 35, and transmits ink use state information including the acquired ID information to the management server 11. The management server 11 includes an ink use state information storage part 16 for receiving and storing the ink use state information transmitted from the intermediate server 40. The management server 11 determines whether or not the use state of ink by the user is normal on the basis of the ink use state information. |
