PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate determination of whether or not a printing process has been successfully completed by a printer in accordance with a print instruction that instructs to be printed onto a recording medium.SOLUTION: A print control apparatus 10 includes; a job reception unit 11 that receives a print job transmitted from an operation terminal; a job storage unit 12 that stores the print job; a job transfer unit 13 that transfers the print job to a printer; a job control unit 14 that controls the job storage unit 12 to have the print job stored and determines whether or not a printing process for the print job has been successfully completed by the printer based on MIB information obtained from the printer; and an MIB acquisition unit 15 that obtains MIB information from the printer. The job storage unit 12 has a plurality of queues for storing print jobs, and print jobs that has been successfully completed are stored in a print completion queue.
