PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound with which carrier mobility is improved if used for a semiconductor active layer of an organic membrane transistor and which has high solubility into an organic solvent, and an organic membrane transistor using the compound.SOLUTION: An organic membrane transistor is disclosed in which the semiconductor active layer contains a compound expressed by a formula as follows (namely, Xand Xare NRand O atom or S atom; Ais CRor N atom; Ais CRor N atom; Ris hydrogen atom, alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group or an acyl group; Rto Rrespectively independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent group, at least one of Rto Rbeing expressed by -L-R; L is a divalent coupling group of a specific structure; R is an alkyl group, a ciano group, a vinyl group, an ethynyl group, an oxyethylene group, an oligo-oxyethylene group in which a number (v) of repetitions of an oxyethylene unit is 2 or more, a siloxane group, an oligo-siloxane group in which the number of silicon atoms is 2 or more, or a trialkylsilyl group). |
