<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring buoy boat for tsunami evacuation to boarded for protecting a person's life when there is no evacuation site nearby such as an upland and a high building in a coastal area when a tsunami is generated by a giant earthquake.SOLUTION: There is provided a ring buoy boat for tsunami evacuation in which: a bottom is attached to a cylindrical side; a ring buoy is attached to an outer peripheral wall of a body provided with a freely openable/closable lid 7; and a balance weight for stabilizing the body is placed at the bottom. By the balance of the buoyant force of the ring buoy attached to the outer peripheral wall of the body and the weight of the balance weight placed at the bottom, an effect for the ring buoy boat to always keep an erect posture on the water surface is generated so that though the ring buoy boat is caused to drift by waves when attacked by a tsunami, it is unlikely to sink, thereby reducing victims such as a person who cannot swim, an elderly person who is short on physical strength, and an infant, to say nothing of ordinary people, as much as possible.</p> |
