1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising (a) a cyclopolysaccharide, and (b) a compound of Formula (I)or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

m is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16;Z is deleted, C(RaRb), O, S, C(O), N(Ra), SO2, OC(O), C(O)O, OSO2, S(O2)O, C(O)S, SC(O), C(O)C(O), C(O)N(Ra), N(Ra)C(O), S(O2)N(Ra), N(Ra)S(O2), OC(O)N(Ra), N(Ra)C(O)O, N(Ra)C(O)S, or N(Ra)C(O)N(Rb), in which each of Ra and Rb, independently, is H, alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl;X1 and X2 independently, is halo or OSO2Rc, in which Rc is alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl; andQ is cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, heterocycloalkenyl, aryl, or heteroaryl, each of which, independently, is optionally substituted with alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, heterocycloalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl, halo, nitro, oxo, —C═NH, cyano, alkyl-Rd, ORd, OC(O)Rd, OC(O)ORd, OC(O)SRd, SRd, C(O)Rd, C(O)ORd, C(O)SRd, C(O)NReRf, SORd, SO2Rd, NReRf, or N(Re)C(O)Rf, in which each of Rd, Re, and Rf, independently, is H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, halo, cyano, amine, nitro, hydroxy, or alkoxy. |
