An acoustic wave filter device (10), provided with a transmission filter chip (11), a reception filter chip (21), and a mounting terminal (36). The transmission filter chip (11) is provided with a piezoelectric substrate (12) and an IDT electrode (13) provided on the main surface of the piezoelectric substrate (12). The reception filter chip (21) is provided with a piezoelectric substrate (22) and an IDT electrode (23) provided on the main surface of the piezoelectric substrate (22). The transmission filter chip (11) and the reception filter chip (21) are stacked so that sealed spaces (17, 27) are formed on the IDT electrodes (13, 23). The mounting terminal (36) is disposed on the side of the reception filter chip (21) opposite the transmission filter chip (11). The acoustic wave filter device (10) is mounted so that the reception filter chip (21) side faces the mounting surface. |
