[Problem] To provide a skin topical solid base material having high breaking strength that can be used in a stick-shaped base material or the like. [Solution] A skin topical solid base material containing: a lipid-peptide compound comprising at least one of a compound represented by formula (1), a related compound thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of these; and a surfactant. (In the formula, R1 represents an aliphatic group having from 9 to 23 carbon atoms; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms optionally having a branched chain of 1 or 2 carbon atoms; and R3 represents a –(CH2)n-X group, where n represents a number from 1 to 4, and X represents an amino group, guanidino group, -CONH2 group, or a fused heterocycle configured from a 5-membered ring or 6-membered ring optionally having from 1 to 3 nitrogen atoms, or from a 5-membered ring and a 6-membered ring.) |
