<p>The invention solves the technical problem that standardized and nonstandardized objects transact periodical ownership on an ownership market. The problem that standardized and nonstandardized objects transact periodical ownership is solved by establishing an ownership model, a periodical transaction model and a periodical ownership transaction method. The invention discloses a technical scheme of the periodical ownership transaction.
