According to the present invention, a sludge removing device comprises: a device frame; a sludge transfer unit mounted on the device frame and transferring sludge; a screw housing mounted on the device frame and facing a rear side of the sludge transfer unit; a sludge outlet mounted on the screw housing for transferred sludge to be discharged to the outside; and a drive unit mounted on the device frame and providing power to the sludge transfer unit. The sludge transfer unit comprises: an internal sludge transfer unit mounted on the device frame; and an external sludge transfer unit mounted on the device frame and having a shape covering the internal sludge transfer unit. According to the present invention, sludge deposited inside a water tank can be removed in real time regardless of a water level in the water tank.
