<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a probe or a primer for detecting Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans, and a method for detecting Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a probe or a primer and a method for detecting Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans by using the probe or primer produced through the same, wherein Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans is species-specifically detected by using a 23S rRNA base sequence of Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans represented by SEQ. NO: 1. A probe or a primer for easily detecting Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans and a pathotype thereof by using a specific base and base combination of Xanthomonas fuscans subsp. fuscans 23S rRNA represented by SEQ.
