According to the present invention, a method for measuring and collecting weather information comprises: a step of forming a cluster using meteorological devices installed while being spread in a predetermined area, generating weather information by sensing a weather condition using the meteorological devices belonging to the cluster, and transmitting the weather information to a predetermined meteorological device among the meteorological devices; and a step of collecting the weather information received from the meteorological devices belonging to the cluster with the predetermined meteorological device and transmitting the weather information to a weather information management system in a remote place through a network at every predetermined cycle. The metrological devices generate power through a power generation device using a new and renewable energy source. The present invention provides the weather information customized to a user by collecting weather and environment sensing information using the power generated by the new and renewable energy source as a driving power source and transmitting the collected information to the weather information management system in a remote place through a commercial network.
