PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant separate protein hardly generating flour, excellent in dispersibility into water and easily capable of being dissolved quickly even under a moderate agitation condition such as for dispersing a powder beverage into water by a consumer at home.SOLUTION: There is provided a powdery plant separate protein having NSI of 20 or more and less than 90, containing phytic acid partial decomposition product and phytic acid and having pH of an aqueous dispersion with 10 wt.% concentration of 5.5 to 6.9.
