<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas compressor manufacturing method capable of achieving shorter work time by reducing processes at a time of assembling a compressor body into a main body case, and reducing equipment cost and labor cost.SOLUTION: The other end of a compressor body 4 having one end to which a front head 3 is connected is forced into a portion near a press-fit section 2a formed on an inner circumferential surface in a main body case 2, bolts 30 are inserted into a plurality of bolt fastening portions, respectively between an outer circumferential surface of the front head 3 and an opening end circumference 2b of the main body case 2, each bolt 30 is fastened with a predetermined torque value until a head 30a thereof is seated on a seat surface of the front head 3, each bolt 30 is further fastened to the corresponding bolt fastening portion until the torque value reaches a specified torque value larger than the predetermined torque value after all the bolts 30 are seated, and the torque applied at a time of this fastening enables a circumferential surface on the other end of the compressor body 4 to be not only fastened but also press-fitted into the press-fit section 2a.</p> |
