PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect complicated vibration of a vibration member in instruments with high quality.SOLUTION: A sensor unit UT includes a cuboid base material 30 made of wood and the like. Three sensors S1, S2, and S3 composed of a piezoelectric element and the like are disposed on the base material 30. The sensor S1 detects vibration in a first direction, which is the main vibration direction of a vibration member. The sensors S2 and S3 detect vibration in two axial directions, a second direction and a third direction, perpendicular to the main vibration direction, respectively. Regarding sensor sensitivity, the sensors S2 and S3 are the same. The sensitivity of the sensors S2 and S3 is set higher the sensor S1. |
