PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white reflection film capable of sufficiently preventing it from stick to a light guide plate and preventing the light guide plate from being scratched.SOLUTION: A white reflection film includes: a reflection layer A; and a surface layer B made of resin and containing particles. A surface of the surface layer B on the opposite side to the reflection layer A includes protrusions formed by the particles. The number of the protrusions having heights of 5 μm or greater is 10-10pieces/m. The particles are pulverized acrylic polymer particles obtained by pulverization of acrylic polymers.
