REPORT SYSTEM AND USER INFORMATION BACK-UP METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of difficulty to effectively back-up user information for an emergency report receiver which receives an emergency report in conventional arts.SOLUTION: A report system includes: report terminals; slave station units that receive reports from the report terminals; and a master station unit for controlling the slave station units. The master station unit requests information related to user information for the report terminals accommodated by the slave station units, reports back-up destinations and the dates of the back-up to the slave station units on the basis of the information received from the slave station unit. Each slave station unit reports information obtained by classifying the user information for the report terminals accommodated by that slave station unit according to update frequency to the master station unit, receives back-up destinations and dates of transmission of the user information to the back-up destinations from the master station unit, and transmits the user information to the back-up destinations on the dates.
