<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiator capable of improving illuminance unevenness of an irradiation region.SOLUTION: An irradiator 1 includes a linear light source 10, and a reflecting mirror 13 including a pair of side reflection surfaces 21 extending in the longitudinal direction of the linear light source 10 and end surface reflection surfaces 20 provided at both ends of the side reflection surfaces 21, and it irradiates an irradiation region with direct light of the linear light source 10 and reflection light of the reflecting mirror 13. It is configured in such a manner that, on inner sides of the side reflection surfaces 21, obliquely extending reflection parts 30 are provided so as to reflect the direct light of the linear light source 10 and the reflection light of the reflecting mirror 13 toward an end part in the longitudinal direction of the irradiation region.</p> |
