Provided is a power storage device in which variation in the pressing force applied to each section of an insulating ring member can be reduced. Eight protrusions (19c) that come into contact with an annular convex part (15) are integrally provided to a surface of a plate-shaped part (19b) of an insulating ring member (19) facing the annular convex part (15), said protrusions being provided at uniform intervals along the circumferential direction of a shaft core (11). The protrusions (19c) are shaped so as to extend in the radial direction of the shaft core (11) and are long enough to protrude further inward in the radial direction of the shaft core (11) than the peak section (15a) of the annular convex part (15) when in contact with the annular convex part (15).
