An input device (1) is provided with a pressure sensor (50) and a sensor controller (90). To obtain the correction function (g(Vout)), in the inverse function (f-1(F)) of an output characteristic function (f(F)) of the pressure sensor (50), a variable (Vout) for the output of the pressure sensor (50) is replaced by a corrected output variable (Vout') for the pressure sensor (50) and a variable (F) for the load applied to the pressure sensor (50) is replaced by the output variable (Vout).
