The present invention is a bottle container provided with a bottle body having a barrel section. The barrel section is provided with a rib molded section, and has an upper surface-contact section and a lower surface-contact section that contact the surface of other bottle bodies above and below the rib molded section when aligned upright with the other bottle bodies. A hypothetical flat surface extended downward from the upper surface-contact section, a hypothetical flat surface extended upward from the lower surface-contact section, and the outer portion of the rib molded section all lie within the same plane.
