A gate driver on array (GoA) circuit, comprising a plurality of GoA drive units for driving the gate lines of an array substrate and a plurality of Com drive units for driving common electrode lines, each GoA drive unit being connected to one gate line and each Com drive unit being connected to one common electrode line; the plurality of the GoA drive units and the Com drive units are disposed on respective sides of the array substrate; and the gate driver signals on the gate lines synchronize with the Com driver signals on the adjacent common electrode lines, but the two types of signals have opposite polarity. Also disclosed are an array substrate and liquid crystal display (LCD), capable of eliminating feed through voltage impact on image quality, thus improving the display quality of a TFT array substrate. |
