The present invention is provided with a switching valve (21) which switches between: a first state in which line pressure (PL) is supplied to an oil chamber (11f) demarcated by a case (11) and a piston (14); and a second state in which working oil in the oil chamber (11f) is discharged (drained). Furthermore, the present invention is provided with a drain check valve (30) which closes (prohibits discharge of the working oil in the oil chamber (11f)) when the line pressure (PL) is supplied to the oil chamber (11f), and opens (allows discharge of the working oil in the oil chamber (11f)) when the line pressure (PL) is not supplied to the oil chamber (11f). The switching valve (21) and the drain check valve (30) are used to discharge the working oil from the oil chamber (11f). |
