An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The array substrate comprises thin-film transistor units (2) arranged in an array, and also comprises a quantum dot layer (3) located above the thin-film transistor units (2), wherein the quantum dot layer comprises at least three kinds of quantum dots, and any kind of quantum dots excites light of a corresponding wave band under irradiation from a light-in position of the array substrate. The array substrate can increase the colour gamut range and light transmittance of a display device while not increasing the power consumption of the display device.
