Proposed is a method for reporting a trunking service attribute, comprising: when a trunking terminal has a trunking service attribute required to be reported, reporting, by the trunking terminal, the trunking service attribute to a base station by competing for a randomly accessing third message MSG3; alternatively, reporting, by the trunking terminal, the trunking service attribute to the base station via a first uplink data/signalling packet after the trunking service attribute is obtained. Based on the same conception, also proposed are a method for receiving a trunking service attribute and a corresponding trunking terminal, a base station and a system.
