The present invention relates to a filler for regenerating long bones, comprising biocompatible polymers and drugs. Also, the present invention relates to a preparing method of the filler for regenerating long bones. The filler for regenerating long bones enables drugs included in a bone filler to be transferred to an affected part for a long time period when transplanting the bone filler in the affected part, whereby the filler can replace a conventional bone filler which discharges drugs only in a first stage. In addition, the filler uses stem cells having angiogenesis activity to perform an excellent bone regeneration, thereby being easily and safely transplanted.
