THROUGHPUT MEASURING DEVICE AND THROUGHPUT MEASURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable throughput measurement without using a server for measuring throughput in a step before an association is performed between a base station device and a terminal device.SOLUTION: A throughput measuring device: transmits measurement signals to a base station device at a prescribed transmission rate; receives response signals sent from the base station device in response to the transmitted measurement signals; acquires channel information by using the received response signals; calculates an error rate by using the number of the transmitted measurement signals and the number of the received response signals; and measures the throughput by using a throughput theoretical value acquired on the basis of the measurement signal size and the transmission rate, the error rate and the prescribed channel information.
