PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing device capable of preventing a conduction defect of a connector for electrically connecting a plurality of cables, and capable of easily attaching/detaching the connector.SOLUTION: The laser processing device comprises: a casing accommodating an oscillator that emits a pulse laser in a first direction and a scanning part that scans the pulse laser, therein while encapsulating them; a fiber cable optically connected to the oscillator for guiding an excitation laser; a plurality of electric cables including a power supply cable for supplying drive power of the scanning part, inserted from the outside into the casing and electrically connected with a plurality of wiring cables via attachable/detachable connectors, respectively; and a connector holding part disposed between an inner side face of the casing at a side opposite to a mounting face, within the casing, to which a support member for supporting the oscillator is mounted and the support member, for holding a plurality of connectors. The casing includes a cover member for closing a first opening that is opened oppositely to an arrangement surface, where the connectors are disposed, in the connector holding part hermetically from outside air. |
