PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear coat composition which has low colorability, has a high refractive index without using a filler, shows a glossy feeling even when a filler is used, and can be coated in a thick film.SOLUTION: Provided is a clear coat composition for top coat, comprising an aromatic ring-containing (meth)acrylate, a functional group-containing (meth)acrylate-based polymer obtained by copolymerizing a functional group-monomer represented by formula (I), and a crosslinking group.
