PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating, preventing, or improving diseases, disorders, or conditions, using a pharmaceutical composition comprising an albumin fusion protein, and an albumin fusion protein as a means for solving the problem of storing unstable protein molecules.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising an albumin fusion protein comprising GLP-1 (7-36 (A8G)) oriented with two tandems fused to the N terminal of human albumin comprising the amino acid sequence of a specific sequence ID number through a C terminal thereof, for using it in combination with at least one treatment for internal secretion or hormone imbalance disorder. At least one treatment for internal secretion or hormone imbalance disorder is selected from insulin, metformin, pioglitazone, and the like, and is used for manufacture of a medicament for treating diabetes. |
