摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for forming an electrode of a solar cell element, which brings no increase in contact resistance.SOLUTION: A solar cell element includes: a silicon substrate 1 on which an n-type diffusion layer 2 is formed; an antireflection film 3 formed on a surface of the n-type diffusion layer 2; and a surface bus bar electrode 5a penetrating through the antireflection film 3 and electrically connected to the n-type diffusion layer 2. A conductive paste for forming the surface bus bar electrode 5a contains: a conductive particle; an organic binder; a solvent; a glass frit; and, as a component bringing no increase in contact resistance between the n-type diffusion layer 2 and the surface bus bar electrode 5a obtained by firing, an organic compound including at least alkaline earth metal, and metal tellurium, tellurium oxide or telluride metal.
