PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of adequately determining a parameter corresponding to an application method of a recording agent when an image based on image data compressed in an irreversible compressed format and expanded is printed.SOLUTION: A parameter is determined so that a spatial frequency of an image, when the image is printed in accordance with a first parameter where a degree of compaction of image data is larger than a first prescribed threshold value, is higher than a spatial frequency when the image is printed in accordance with a second parameter where the degree of compaction of the image data is the first threshold value or less.
