<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire using, as a sidewall, a rubber composition that can improve fuel economy, flex crack resistance, steering stability and processability in a well balanced manner.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes a sidewall composed of the following rubber composition. The rubber composition comprises a rubber component, silica, and a silane coupling agent represented by (CpH2p+1O)3Si-CqH2q-S-CO-CkH2k+1; and the rubber composition contains 5 mass% or more of a conjugate diene polymer (A) having a monomer unit derived from a conjugate diene and a monomer unit derived from a compound expressed by formula (1) below, in 100 mass% of the rubber component, and contains 5 to 150 parts by mass of the silica with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. In formula (1), R1 represents a hydrocarbyl group having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond; R2 represents a hydrocarbylene group; A represents a substituted amino group; and R3 represents a hydrocarbyl group.</p> |
