PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that allows a reply destination to be easily specified by using information of a transmission source of a received FAX and information of a reply source of a FAX for reply.SOLUTION: An information processing device obtains information of a transmission source of a received FAX; obtains information of a reply source that replies to the received FAX; specifies a reply destination of the FAX by using the obtained transmission source information and obtained reply source information; and performs control so as to display reply destination information that is information of the specified reply destination, on a display screen.
