PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the need for cooling an electrical energy storage battery heated during charge or discharge in the field of electric vehicles or hybrid electric vehicles.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a storage battery liquid cooling circuit, including: a main loop 6 connected to elements 2 for cooling a storage battery and circulating a heat transfer fluid; a first bypass 8 connecting the main loop 6 to an air-cooled radiator 3 so that the radiator 3 and/or a heat exchanger 4 of an air-conditioning system 13 cools the heat transfer fluid; and a second bypass 9 configured to be connected to the air-conditioning system 13 provided in a vehicle. The main loop 6 is connected to the first bypass 8 by a first progressive three-way valve 11, and the main loop 6 is connected to the second bypass 9 by a second progressive three-way valve 12.
