The present invention relates to a call receiving screen management apparatus and method. Provided are a call receiving screen management apparatus and a call receiving screen management method using the same, the apparatus comprising: a call event sensing unit for sensing a call receiving event of a communication terminal; a screen maintenance processing unit for determining whether or not to maintain a screen which is currently displayed on a display unit at the communication terminal and, when the call receiving event occurs, maintaining the screen which was displayed on the display unit so as to be displayed on the uppermost screen; a call receiving interface processing unit for, if a call receiving event sensing signal is received at the call event sensing unit, transmitting a screen maintenance processing request signal to the screen maintenance processing unit, and if a screen maintenance determination signal is received from the screen maintenance processing unit, configuring a call receiving interface to be displayed on the display unit of the communication terminal and displaying the call receiving interface on the screen which has been maintained at the screen maintenance processing unit; and a call control unit for performing a call control according to a selection input of a user on the basis of a call receiving menu which has been displayed at the call receiving interface. |
