Disclosed is a Raman spectrum detection method, comprising the following steps: continuously measuring Raman spectra of an object under detection so as to collect a plurality of Raman spectrum signals; superposing the plurality of Raman spectrum signals to form superposed signals; removing fluorescent interference signals from the superposed signals by filtration; and based on the superposed signals from which the fluorescent interference signals have been removed by filtration already, recognizing the object under detection. By means of the above-mentioned method, a Raman spectrum signal capable of correctly reflecting the attribute of the object under detection itself can be obtained by removing interference caused by fluorescent signals from detection signals mixed with fluorescent signals and Raman spectrum signals. By means of this solution, Raman characteristic spectra of an object under detection can be accurately acquired, thereby effectively recognizing the object under detection.
