The invention relates to a method and an arrangement for nickel laterite processing. The method comprises the steps of providing a cold feed slurry; heating cold feed slurry one or more times to obtain a heated diluted feed slurry;removing water from the heated diluted feed slurry to obtain a heated thickened feed slurry; optionally repeating steps (a) and/or (b) until a final heated feed slurry is obtained; and subjecting the final heated feed slurry to pressure acid leach. |
