The present invention relates to duplex stainless steel with supper corrosion resistance and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of used in a high concentration of a chlorine atmosphere environment. According to an embodiment of the present invention, duplex stainless steel with supper corrosion resistance, based on wt%, comprises: 24.5-32.5 wt% of Cr; 2.0-4.0 wt% of Mo; 2.5-4.5 wt% of W; and 0.25-0.45 wt% of N. An internal crevice corrosion resistance constant (K) which is expressed in the following [Equation 1] satisfies 35-55. [Equation 1] K = 3.2Cr + 7.6Mo + 5.1W + 10.5N - 81. Each component described in the [Equation 1] means content (Weight %) of a related component.
