The present invention relates to a functional tissue manufacturing apparatus comprising a multi-print unit. According to the present invention, the functional tissue manufacturing apparatus using a multi-print unit comprises: an unwinder (10); a multi-print unit (20) for coating a base paper (1) provided from the unwinder (10) with functional additives; an embossing unit for performing an embossing process on the base paper (1) transferred from the multi-print unit (20); a decoration unit (70) for performing a decoration process on the base paper (1); and a rewinder (80) for rewinding the base paper (1). The multi-print unit (20) is configured to coat the base paper with the functional additives by using a multi-coating technique according to properties of a functional material, respectively or repeatedly, thereby improving moisturization and softness of the base paper. The manufacturing method can be applied to every manufacturing process of general tissues including a cosmetic tissue.
