The present invention relates to a glue coating device, and more specifically, to an intelligent glue rolling device for a motor rotor. The intelligent glue rolling device for a motor rotor comprises a bracket bottom plate, a glue tank, a suction rolling roller, an AC reduced motor, and an electric control box. The glue tank is installed on the bracket bottom plate. The suction rolling roller is installed above a front surface of the glue tank. A circumferential surface of the suction rolling roller and a liquid surface of the glue tank match and contact each other. A rotor is mounted above a front surface of the suction rolling roller. The circumferential surface of the suction rolling roller and a circumferential surface of the rotor match each other while rolling. An adjustable motor speed regulator, an adjustable time relay, and a control switch are installed on the electric control box. The AC reduced motor forms a control loop with the adjustable motor speed regulator, the adjustable time relay, and the control switch. According to the present invention, since the suction rolling roller is used to coat the rotor with glue, uniformity of a surface of glass fiber fabric can be guaranteed. Since a rotational speed of the AC reduced motor can be set with the adjustable motor speed regulator, the intelligent glue rolling device can be freely operated and satisfy different rotational demands. |
