The present invention relates to a hydraulic power generator using the tide of seawater and, more specifically, is to provide a hydraulic power generator by using a sea current flowing at a high speed and rotating a turbine in a state of being submerged into seawater through the tide in accordance with difference of the ebb and flow of the tide which is consistently generated. The present invention comprises: a flood tide generator having a flow velocity guide lower guide forming a blade guide unit, a rigidity reinforcing groove installed in an inner side of a blade groove, a turbine installed in the blade groove, a blade rotating the turbine, and a flow velocity guide upper guide installing a power generation guide unit; and an ebb tide generator having a flow velocity guide upper guide forming a blade guide unit, a rigidity reinforcing groove installed in an inner side of a blade groove, a turbine installed in the blade groove, a blade rotating the turbine, and a flow velocity guide upper guide installing a power generation guide unit. |
