A burring punching-tip according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a knife unit forming a hole on a burring forming member; and a supporting unit formed on one end of the knife unit and uniformly protruding higher than the knife unit from the entire surface in contact with the burring forming member. A punching device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a device body unit fixing a burring forming member; a pressing unit included in the device body unit; and a burring punching tip interlocked with the pressing unit and pressed by the burring forming unit.
